The goal for this refurbishment was to refresh and updated the communal spaces. Using budget friendly finishes and furniture we have created a bold but welcoming lobby. Removing a central corridor at ground floor we have gained space allowing us to build a feature wall to showcase tenant signage. Small pockets of breakout seating support collaborative work and are available to all tenants.
