Housed within the iconic Northern Assurance Building these offices are located right in the core of Manchester. Situated on Albert square, a bustling public space known for live events and food festivals. We retained the existing features on this Grade II listed building. High ceilings, oak beams and sash windows help form the character of this stunning property.
Electric Blue Interiors have created a brand for NSTR. The recruitment consultants had previously occupied serviced offices. We have designed a dynamic and inspiring space for the staff. In addition to the interior design we also project managed the job. Procuring and storing all furniture, liaising with contractors and installing all elements of the design.
Space planning and floor plans to ensure we could maximise the number of desks. Booths and breakout seating for coffee breaks or collaborative work. Artwork with calming colours displayed playfully. Rich moody fabrics wrap around the feature seating. Flecks of metallic run through the furniture and accessories giving a subtle art deco theme. Large and small plants, palms, leafy trees and desktop succulents. The tactile plants within chunky pots soften corners, create focal points and decorate empty spaces. Simple signage to brand the space but not overpower.
